At IHCTA, we take pride in providing the tools to prepare our campers not only for tennis competition, but to deal with life situations through instilling the importance of work ethics, discipline, consistency, goal setting, respect, team work, responsibilities, accountability, and compassion.
Dead Ball Drills
Tennis balls fed by coaches to isolate and work on specific areas of the game.
Drills based on repetition to improve technique on specific strokes.
Live Ball Drills
Cooperative hitting drills where players rally with each other and coaches while working on consistency and game patterns.
Strategy, game patterns, and decision making while playing singles and doubles matches, always supervised by our expert staff.
Different exercises focusing on strength, speed, agility, flexibility, reaction-time, and endurance.
We work on match situations on how to approach problems, organize thoughts, make good decisions, handle pressure, and overcome adversity.
With our state of the art facility our campers will be prime for the conditioning they’ll need to win on the court.
To perform efficiently on the court it’s important to teach our campers how to fuel their bodies to achieve maximum performance.
Some of the countless benefits of yoga are increases in flexibility, balance, strength and a clear mind on the court.
